I'm a personal trainer and the majority of my work has been on film sets preparing actors bodies for the various characters they play. After years of working with Chris Hemsworth I created the Twenty40 training program. This program originated from having to prepare Chris's body for characters where he was required to either lose large amounts of weight or gain a lot of lean muscle in a short period of time. His busy schedule and filming requirements meant we had to train in a very efficient way in order to achieve maximum results in a minimal amount of time.
