Beef Quesadilla

With Avocado & Sour Cream

SERVES 1 // PREP TIME 10 mins // COOK 10 mins // TOTAL  20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 100g Mince beef 
  • 1/4 Onion chopped
  • 1 handful chopped mushrooms
  • 1 handful grated cheese (of your liking)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbl Worcester source
  • 1 Tortilla
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Tbl Sour cream
  • 1 Tbl Gee or butter 
  • Salt, oregano for tasting

      Steps:

      1. Heat up a fri pan on high heat and add gee, onion, mushrooms and garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes.
      2. Add your mince, salt, oregon and Worcester sauce. Cook mince through and take off heat.
      3. Heat up another pan on low and place tortilla in. Layer some cheese on half of the tortilla then add your mince, avocado, sour cream and finish off with a little more cheese.
      4. Fold the top of your tortilla and press down with the back of a spatular. Once cheese is completely melted on the bottom flip tortilla and melt the other side.
      5. Plate your quesadilla cut in half and garnish with a little avocado and sour cream and enjoy
