Chocolate Protein Mousse

Chocolate Protein Mousse

SERVES 1 // PREP TIME 3mins // COOK 3mins // TOTAL 6mins

Ingredients:

  • 3 table spoons of Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of chocolate Bare Blends protein
  • 1/2 handful of walnuts 
  • 1/2 handful goji berries
  • Pinch of of shredded coconut 
  • Pinch sea salt 

Steps:

  1. Heat up a none stick frypan on low heat and add walnuts. Roast walnuts until they change colour and go golden brown. Place walnuts on chopping board and lightly salt and chop walnuts.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and protein into a bowl and whisk until it's a smooth consistency. Add walnuts, goji berries and shredded coconut.
  3. Enjoy
