Low Carb Banana Protein Pancakes

SERVES 1 // PREP TIME 5mins // COOK 5mins // TOTAL 10mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 scoop of whey protein vanilla - I use Bare Blends 
  • Tea spoon cinnamon
  • 1 Table spoon of Greek yogurt
  • Raspberries
  • Blue berries
  • Maple syrup
  • Coconut oil

Steps:

  1. Add eggs, banana, scoop of protein into a blender and blend till smooth consistency.
  2. Heat up a pan add a little coconut oil. Pour in pancake mix to the size you like. Flip once pancakes are cooked enough note they don't need too long you don't want them over cooked!!
  3. Make your pancake stack add add Greek yogurt, berries and maple syrup!
