Post Workout Pancakes

Post Work out Pancakes

SERVES 2 // PREP TIME 10 mins // COOK 5 mins // TOTAL  15 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 4tspn baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tspn cinnamon 
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 cup choc chips 
  • 2 tbl almond meal
  • 1 tbl of butter
  • 1 tbl of peanut butter 
  • 2 chopped strawberries 
  • 1 tbl maple syrup 

    Steps:

    1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender, expect the chocolate chips and blend on low speed until its a smooth consistency.
    2. Heat up a pan on medium heat, coat the pan with some butter and poor pancake mix into pan to the size you like. Add half the chocolate chips into the mix. Cook until the pancake is formed and can be flipped. 
    3. Plate pancakes and garnish with strawberries some chocolate chips and maple syrup. If you want to take to the next level, add a scoop of yogurt of your liking. And you're done!
