SERVES 1 // PREP TIME 3mins // COOK 5mins // TOTAL 8mins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of Almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Bare Blends whey protein
  • 1 chopped strawberry
  • Small handful of flaky almonds
  • Little squirts of honey (optional)
Steps:
  1. Put a small pot on low heat, add your almond milk, oats and protein powder. Keep stirring till protein has mixed through.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes or until oats are cooked and ready to eat.
  3. Plate your oats add strawberry almonds and honey if you want to make it a little sweeter and ya done!
