The Green Smoothie

This shake is a favourite of mine and as you've seen, some other guy... Packed full of vegetables and fibre, it’s sweet, savoury and salty and can easily be a meal replacement! 

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until super smooth. Add more liquid if it is too thick. Enjoy chilled

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk substitute of your choice)
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder of your choice
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1tb agave
  • 30g raw broccoli
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1tsp green tea powder
  • 2tb almond butter
  • Half an avocado
  • 1tsp coarse sea salt
  • Ice cubes
