  • Is this program suitable for someone with injuries?

All injuries are different and you should always follow the advice of your health professional (GP, physio etc) as to whether or not this program is suitable for you. If you are suffering from a particular strain or overuse injury sometimes it may just mean that you need a little bit more time before you can start the Twenty40 plan, but again this is to be decided with your GP.
  • Can I do this program while I am pregnant?

Pregnancy is NOT the time to undertake a new fitness regime. While it's fantastic to keep fit whilst you are pregnant it is a time for maintenance and not undertaking new exercises that the body is not used to.
  • Can I do this program while breast-feeding?

Yes you can. The Twenty40 plan is packed full of good, nutritious wholesome foods so it will provide breast-feeding mothers with a great variety of good wholesome food for them. Just be sure to let us know if you are a breast-feeding mother when you start the plan as your quantities will need to be increased to provide more calories to meet your calorie intake needs for breast-feeding.

  • Is the food in the Twenty40 plan suitable for a family to eat as well?

YES! The food in the Twenty40 program is all based on whole, nutritious, healthy foods and it tastes great too! You can feel good in knowing that feeding your children or partner the food in this plan is filling them with nourishing meals that are good for them. You may just want to increase the volume in recipes as children and partners may want to eat bigger portion sizes than the serving size for the participant. Also depending on how many people you are cooking for and how many the recipe serves needs to be considered also.
  • Can I do this program if I have a food intolerance?

Yes, as food intolerances are becoming more and more common in todays society we have gone to great lengths to use ingredients in recipes that are suitable for many different food intolerances. A lot of our recipes use Almond milk for example instead of wheat based products. Of course there are so many different food intolerances to consider and with many of these, different individuals have a certain threshold as to how much they can take of particular amounts of foods (i.e. fructose malabsorption).
